Without a doubt a life changing surgery. Well known in the area for excellent care and decorum. Forward thinking, modern and quick thinking gps with a genuine interest in their profession. I can confidently say they save lives, livelihoods, and keep a sense of professionalism alongside performing duty of care in a genuinely caring manner towards all patients. You will not see patient discrimination here. Receptionists are professional, non invasive, and dont demand your illness details like some cattle market surgeries do..for an appointment. I waited 28 years for a fair doctor. I found them. Without grove house i would not know in what way i am unwell. Without proper practitioners your whole life and its chances can be discarded and ruined. With great practitioners like all staff at grove house, you will not be sidelined, and left to fall apart. With grove house i can see a future. I am treated fairly and respectfully as any patient is entitled to be...unfortunately this is the first surgery ive ever registered at that can provide that. If only more surgeries conducted their health service like this. Equality..regardless of illness- no social class divide present in this surgery. Plain and simple surgery. Extremely effective health practitioners. The nhs would do well to encourage other surgeries on the isle of wight to follow the excellent example of doctoring standards provided at grove house. They should be commended and provided with more funding in order to expand their service as a rurally located general practice surgery in ventnor town..It can only make things better.
