I've always had good treatment and care from all the staff. Can't fault them. The only thing sometimes is getting an appointment with your named doctor who you would like to maintain a relationship with. Although the doctor assigned to you have always been caring and efficient.

Quick, efficient and treated to me.
Everything was clearly explained.
One improvement if I may - one which has no doubt been suggested before.
If an appointment is for OF 30 it cannot start on time if the door is opened at the same time. 5 minutes would help!

I personally have had no complaints but weekend care does need some adjustment so people do not term up at A&E so regularly. I am sure there must be some situation to the problems.
