Waited for over 45 mins for my booked appointment was nit told by receptionist that it would take long. They were sitting and having a laugh when I try book in. Grosvenor house surgery is a complete joke going to change my doctors would highly recommend against this surgery go somewhere else

I have always found the receptionists nurses and Dr wigmore always offer a first class service
