The receptionist was very rude to people
and not helpful, she snapped at people to use
the machine to sign in. Two people were deaf
and yet she didn't help them. I was quite appalled
by her attitude. This was Wednesday morning
19th April.

A more helpful receptionist is needed

This is a very forward thinking surgery
Everything is about and for the patient
Everyone is involved
Information is the key and plenty of it
For me personally it is important that I know everything
The training of all staff is exceptional
The doctors are not officious snd loaded with self opinion.. they are great at talking through all the possible problem you may feel is a sticking point

The reception people are so important from my standing … the girls are great informed and jolly too
It’s a real pleasure to talk to them
One of the girls called livia di palma was so kind and so helpful just when I needed that .. she picked my call up .. she made my day
The doctor I was lucky enough to see today is a locum keep her ..what a breath of fresh air .. kind .. gentle but
On the ball .. one ..if not the best surgery I have had the very real pleasure to belong to

You all took such good care of him
I have had several months of concern about my health
I have had the best care given .. plus an excellent consultant
All follow ups chased by your crew

I met a young practice nurse today and I wish I could remember her name. She was absolutely lovely and so helpful. I wish all medical staff had her manner. My appt was at 2.40pm if that helps identify her. Thank you for making me feel at ease even if the BP was a but high!!!
