In 10 years, I have almost never had a bad experience with a GP at Greystone House, although I do not regularly see the same Doctor. I hd not seen Dr Kidwai before but she was kind and thorough and listened to what I was saying. Although it was difficult to get a double appointment for my son and I, the receptionist tried very hard to help - they are always polite and friendly on the phone and in person and do not fit the negative stereotype of GP receptionists at all. I think it's an excellent surgery.

This isn't my usual Drs surgery so it was my first experience of this practice. The care I received was great but the waiting time was not.

Greystones offers a wide range of services and the nursing team are fantastic, as a result of their excellent care I rarely need to see my doctor.
