Receptionist v helpful I was unable to see the staff member I wanted however She rang me back to offer me a cancelled appointment with the staff member I requested 10 minutes later All staff are v helpful and go out of their way to assist Very pleased with the practice

Greystone thankfully manages a flow of visitors resulting in plenty of space within the seating area. This morning's receptionist was polite and friendly. A clean environment with access to mulitple hand sanitation units...and relaxing music in the background.

I always receive good service at this doctors surgery - but felt a little bit frustrated after my visit today - doctor advised I needed blood test was advised that this cannot be done until 23 November as phlebotomist is on annual leave next week - surely there should be someone to cover staff holidays?
