Dr McGilligan is the most caring, helpful and patient doctor I have ever seen. Nothing is too much trouble, he offers great advice, and never ever makes you feel that you are wasting his time, or that he doesn't have the time to discuss your queries thoroughly. His manner with my son is exceptional.

I went to the surgery to see Dr. McGilligan for some minor surgery on my head. I walked in and had a nice chat about when the last time he was me was 11 years ago when I was 9! The surgery was completely clean and neat, the staff were so helpful and friendly; the minor surgery was quick and efficient, I was given a document of how I can assist my healing and went on my day. I was expecting it to take much longer and with more complications, but Dr. McGilligan was brilliant. Thank you, Greystone!

After a fall resulting in a damaged knee & a badly lacerated lower leg,following immediate emergency treatment at the ESH ,I was transferred into the care of Drs, Mc Gilligan & Arnold & Nurse Sophie Tuckwell. with some help from Training nurse Nina Hills. I required regular wound care,medication & a diagnostic x-ray at ESH. My injuries were slow to heal. With the Team's constant care, providing reassurance & excellent wound management I have now been discharged, my injuries healing & managed. At all times these caring professionals were positive,helpful & reassuring. Adjustments to my appointments were sometimes required,the Reception Staff were always helpful. Greystone House Surgery have a truly professional, dedicated , efficient Team. THANK YOU
