Dr McGilligan and his assistant were great! He was very informative and friendly. The procedure went very well with minimal pain. Highly recommend!
Telephone Appointment made via EMIS patient access for telephone consultation(s) on 18 August 2017 and 4 September 2017.
Both appointments were totally ignored by the surgery. NO call(s) and NO Explanation for Not calling either !
Very thorough consultation and gave me as much time as I needed.
Had to wait 20 mins for my appointment but it was worth the wait!
The reception staff are outstanding, I can not paradise them enough, they have always been very accommodating and understanding of trying to fit in appointments, even last minute. Thank you ladies for all your hard work and representing the surgery in a professional and outstanding manner.
I usually find the receptionist staff to be quite abrupt and they talk over you, without listening to what you have to say, speak in a patronising tone, or seem a bit snappy. They have been helpful on some occasions but generally I feel the tone and attitude isn't very pleasant to deal with.
I've had no call backs on several occasions, prescriptions sent to the wrong place and never received an apology.
On coming into the surgery, better customer service would be to acknowledge the patient waiting, while Reception staff are doing administrative work, rather than leaving you standing there for minutes.
The Doctors are very very good. The after service on getting results and next steps has been difficult at times.
