The receptionist was brilliant. Gp was so professional and explained all of the concerns I had with regard to the appointment. Don’t often attend the surgery often. But my experience as always been positive.

Had the procedure done last week and can truly say what an amazing team. Debbie Parratt helped me throughout the hole process with arranging appointments and giving me a complete understanding in what to expect, she was absolutely amazing and extremely professional. Dr David Aslett carried out the procedure and the efficiency carried out was really impressive. Again extremely professional and informational but made the procedure more comfortable with general chit chat. Could not ask for a better team. Thanks for everything.

Dr Patel was brilliant at explaining what the procedure would be like and excellent at listening to my concerns, both of the procedure and the actual growth. He said it more than once, which was so good, as I was thinking more of what the procedure would be rather than taking in everything he was saying. The nurses were excellent as I voiced my concern that I may pass out. They listened and made sure I was in a position that would mean I was safe from falling. This reduced my anxiety. Really outstanding care.

I had an appointment with Dr.Liam on 12th January at 9.30 am. For my cardio problem. He was very through, very patience and a true professional. I can't thank him enough and the Doctor who made this appointment on previous day.

I know this is a national problem now to get Doctors appointment. Would be nice to make it bit easier to get appointment depending on individual serious problem.
