Great surgery. Dr Patel and nurse Teresa were very professional and caring. Totally put me at ease before and during my operation. Many thanks.

Nothing. Was more than happy. The surgery is great as always. They have done a superb job throughout the pandemic as well. Very grateful to be in this practice.

I’ve been having awful periods for years now. I had a smear on Friday and they told me my symptoms could be a cyst on my ovaries. They said I need a scan but I couldn’t book a scan cause I need to see a doctor first. Called up to see a doctor and they said I need to have a phone consultation first. Honestly what’s the point? Next appointment for the phone call is a week away?! I’m in constant pain but that doesn’t seem to matter to them

Let people actually see doctors. Can’t diagnose over the phone

Booking annual blood test for PSA was easy.I arrived early today for 11-50 am appointment.Receptionist said there would be slight delay I got blood test @ noon only 10 minutes late.Very happy with nurse & test.

The nurses were really good with my grown up disabled son taking his blood and doing other check ups. I mentioned to them that while my son was triple jabbed against Covid that hadn’t been able to get his flu jab done so the surgery nurses did this on the spot today. A big thank you to Caroline and Christine and the receptionist that I always find helpful. Vivienne Palmer-White(Richard White’s Mum)

Nothing, the surgery always text me about my son’s appointments and are always helpful over the phone which I really appreciate. In particular they told me I could take my son for a walk in Covid booster and I was pleased to get him his third vaccine.

First of all I was waiting for my appointment 30 minutes and it really made me anxious as I had to be at another place on time. The GP was kind but I felt not listened to completely,especially when asking for additional tests which she said they can be done at certain times and never followed me with details of them. She was actually discouraging me while I was expecting support. Furthermore her question about my health were brief and very basic. Although my appointment was supposed to take 30min in total (including check of my newborn) GP was done in 15 minutes.

Listen to patients concerns and support them with treatment or diagnosing plans.
