I've been a patient at Greystone for over 4 years and have gotten great care 95% of the time, my only real negative experience was with a locum who I've not been seen by since. Greystone have been very attentive to my sons needs since birth also and the process of speaking to a triage/duty doctor to determine my need for an appointment on that day is an excellent approach and really makes me, as a patient, felt listened, to. Great work greystone. Looking forward to the expansion.
