It took three separate calls, unfortunately getting through to a new receptionist every time, so having to explain again each time, why I needed to get a doctor to ring me, each call took about 1/2 hour to get through as it was constantly engaged and then when finally getting through waiting for the call to be answered, then trying to explain my complicated problems with the receptionist and not really being understood.
However, once the doctor actually phoned me back, he was super helpful and I then was given the correct medical advice and prescriptions and an in-house physio appointment, and then the physio herself was very good, they both really listened and and dealt with me in a friendly but professional manner.
