It took three separate calls, unfortunately getting through to a new receptionist every time, so having to explain again each time, why I needed to get a doctor to ring me, each call took about 1/2 hour to get through as it was constantly engaged and then when finally getting through waiting for the call to be answered, then trying to explain my complicated problems with the receptionist and not really being understood. However, once the doctor actually phoned me back, he was super helpful and I then was given the correct medical advice and prescriptions and an in-house physio appointment, and then the physio herself was very good, they both really listened and and dealt with me in a friendly but professional manner.

Suggested improvements
II know the receptionists have to vet people, as the doctors as so busy, but my problems were lost in translation, when I received a txt from the doctor I was signed off as dealt with and not sent a phone appointment, but I needed medical advice and the txt that was sent just asked me what prescription I wanted and it didn’t mention the medical query I needed answered on dosage or the second problem i was asking about as all, I was quite clear that I needed to speak to a doctor and I felt that I was dismissed, I had to stay in all day trying to get the appointment to get the doctor to ring me back, I was finally understood and thankfully the doctor rang me back
