I transferred to this practise about 2 years ago on recommendation of my daughter after several bad experiences at my previous surgery. Today I went to Greystone Surgery a little confused about my appointment. The receptionist sensed my distress and spoke to the GP who agreed to see me. Dr Joe McGilligan was able to give me an accurate diagnosis which alleviated my anxieties. The kindest service I have ever received in a GP practice both from the receptionst and GP!
