I've never not managed to get an appointment, even in the current (coronavirus) climate I was given a next day telephone consultation then invited in to the surgery. Staff are always helpful and friendly and seem like they really care. The nurse I saw today was lovely and my favourite doctors are Dr Springett and Dr Sanderson, both of whose "bedside manner" is exemplary. All doctors go above and beyond for their patients and I've never had a better surgery.
