I arrived for my child's appointment which was at 4.30pm and sat and waited 45 minutes to then be told that they no longer could see my son for his injections due to the staff member walking out. Prior to this for another situation I was spoke to very rudely and wasn't listened to why I was calling.

Suggested improvements
Have been listened to and spoken to appropriately. They would of known of known there was an issue on my arrival and I should of been notified straight away that they could no longer see my son who I had to prepare him for this appointment due to his own issues.
