My wife and I were on holiday in the area and needed the assistance of the surgery and Doctors. There was no hesitation, the receptionists were welcoming and had a genuine ambition to be helpful, this was also reflected by Dr Crowe.
The attention was first class and very timely. Patient centred caring and respectful.

When I have needed an appointment I have never had to wait except on one occasion (in 51 years ) on a Sunday when I telephoned "101" and had simple treatment at Dartmouyh Emergency unit . I have treatments and operations at Dawlish, Teignmouth, Exeter,Torbay,Dartmouth and Brixham hospitals and I can say we are fortunate in South Devon with having first class NHS services.
Last appointment was 11th June but the computer date on your programme says No

Efficient, comforting and involving. Felt very at ease after medical consultation. The only criticism would be that follow up testing, should automatically be the same day/time as the immediate post consultancy and not require a special request by the physician.

I am so grateful that I am a patient at Greenswood Surgery. I have lived in Brixham for 26 years and the whole staff have supported me through pregnancy, the health and care of my children, and myself, through various illnesses and learning of chronic conditions.
I appreciate that the Docters and I know each other well so that when I visit the surgery, I am not concerned about who I may see, from a long list of physicians.
Thank you to everyone at Greenswood Surgery for all your help and support over the years, today and in the future.
