I called the surgery and was cut off over 10 times when I finally got through I said trying to get through make me anxious the receptionist said “I was busy” That statement is unprofessional. A sorry for the wait we are experiencing high volume of calls and the surgery is at full capacity would sound better. Telling a service user I was busy, lacks professionalism and empathy. You need to be sacked receptionist. You are not representing your team at all. Your bringing down the standard as the first person of contact on the phone. I am absolutely disgusted at my interaction with this person.

Instead of saying I was busy A simple sorry for the delay A sorry for the wait we are experiencing high volume of calls and the surgery is at full capacity would sound better.

I was give an appointment for my two kids, 3months old and a 2years old. The appointment was for my baby’s 2nd immunisation and a flu jab for my two years old, the time they gave for baby was 11.40 and that the nurse would also see my two year old at the same time. I was running late and I apologised at the reception. Two white women and a black woman started shouting at me basically telling me off, I didn’t know whom I was listening to as the where all shouting and talking over me at the same time. The nurse rudely refused to see my 2 years old and only saw baby. We started arguing at the reception and the manager came running down from the stairs and stated shouting at me without asking what was wrong, I told her not to shout at me because I will not be bullied institutionally by all their staff member, the manager said she doesn’t care, the other staff said if I don’t like the way am being treated that I should go to another Gp. I have never seen such an establishment that has so much hate for patients well-being, it’s disgusting and I think Greenside surgery should be shut down before they kill someone.

Sack all the staff at the reception and again.

Receptionist is rude get rid of them my 3 children in 7 years have only seen a Dr twice. It's a disgrace

Changed and cancelled medication and lied about the reason why they had done it. Repeat prescriptions were often not completed. Refused appropriate medical care due to cost. Appointments had a 4-5 week waiting time. On occasions the reception staff were rude. I was always made to feel that I was in the wrong for going to see the doctor. They are so bad I changed doctors.

The best GP surgery that I have ever attended. From the receptionists to the nurses and doctors I have always felt cared for and treated as an individual. Dr Sadia Qureshi has always treated me with respect on every visit to the surgery and I am no longer scared to seek medical advice if I have a problem or unsure. I have never felt rushed during my appointments. Treatment plans and advice have always been explained carefully and questions are always answered in depth in a super friendly manner. By far Dr Qureshi is an amazing doctor, knowledgable and genuinely cares for her patients. I will highly recommend Greenside Group Medical Practice.
