Used to be such an amazing surgery, but now the receptionists diagnose you, refuse to help with appointments and just tell you to go to A&E. Have used the surgery since being a child, and only the last year or so have they stopped treating patients with receptionists diagnosing. Such a shame.

Allow patients to see doctors rather than receptionists diagnosing over the phone.

Greens Norton Medical Centre is our GP surgery and we have only positive things to say about it. Never have long to wait in the waiting room. Can always get an appointment if necessary. Great team of doctors (specially Dr Sam Hartley). Having a dispensary on site is also great. We always order our repeat prescriptions on-line and this works fine as well. Booking GP appointments on-line only works if you are booking quite a way in advance. Plus the choice of doctors is restricted. This is to be expected.
