This GP surgery is awful and I really mean this , if your sick , then this is not the place for you . The surgery lose documents handed into them from hospital discharge notes , so do not believe you even been to hospital, Let alone had an operation. To get an appointment is like wining the lotto... And if your luckiest person to get a appointment then the doctors are rude and uncaring. I think the staff and the doctors have lost all respect and understanding and compassion for what that meant to be doing, so stressed out working for a private company and trying to make targets something got to give. And that’s us the patients,..Please give the surgery back to the NHS as it’s not fit for purpose
