I have been a patient with this practice for over 15. Years. I have experienced other practices as I am in my 60’s but this is the longest attendance to a specific GP Surgery. When my mother mover to Norfolk at the age of 70 I eventually introduced her to this practice. I have always found the team to have a professional approach with a warm and friendly manner. I have been supported and listened to attentively throughout the years and when I needed the services of other practitioners the referrals were made when I had been given clear explanations, choices and treated with dignity. Whenever I have questions to ask they are answered with clarity and I’m given time to enable my understanding of the answer. I have no concerns about giving blood, or which GP or nurse, I’m going to see. The receptionists are very accommodating and although appointments are sometimes difficult to schedule they manage to find an agreeable solution with a smile and gentleness in person and over the phone. The team are clearly dedicated to their chosen profession and provide a safe place for me to share my deepest concerns. Thank you for all you have done for me and my family.
