Contacted the surgery just before closing, to request medication after consulting a pharmacist. I didn't expect to be offered an immediate appointment but was asked to come to the surgery. I was seen within 5 minutes and left with the medication shortly after. Superb service from reception, through to the doctor and the pharmacy. Thanks.
