Receptionists bed side manner leaves a lot to be desired. Almost look down their noses at you and they think they are more than they actually are. Given wrong advice by a health care assistant and they are not up to speed on NHS services provided. They don't know what a fit note is even when it's plastered all over government websites asking for them. Complaints are not conveyed from the receptionists to the doctors in line with best practice. All the staff here need a massive training curve.
