Next to impossible to get through to speak to anybody, when finally speak to reception it is impossible to get an appointment to even speak to a doctor. On two occasions had to go through 111, surgeries like this are causing great problems for the rest of the Nhs.

Terrible, impossible to get an appointment even though surgery is rarely full oddly. Here you really do take your health in your hands as doctors don't give you a diagnosis and rarely listen, there is one doctor there particularly (Dr Ali) who didn't listen to my concerns at all just talked over me, making my feel like things were missed...and they were as 2 months later I was still I'll and had to go to another healthcare provider who diagnosed me straight away. Steer clear!!

all staff very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful always manage to get us an appointment with the nurse or GP, which ever we need. Always very clear in explaining things and answering questions etc. It is a blessing to be patients of this surgery.

I have been a patient at Grafton Road Surgery for many years. I have always found the reception staff to be extremely helpful, even if they cannot get an appointment immediately, they will try their best to help out and offer alternative solutions. The Doctors seem to be very caring and will talk through in detail any solutions they offer for ailments, etc and are willing to answer questions. My experience with the nurse and midwives have also been very positive with them being helpful and willing to offer advice.

I have been patients since moving to the area almost 2 years ago. During this time I been shown excellent service and courtesy from the very friendly and welcoming staff. I have frequent need for appointments and have never had a problem getting one in a short space of time. All the staff are lovely and in particular Jo she's so caring. Today I was assisted by the practice manager Adele Moorhouse and found her to be really helpful and professional and of course like the rest of the staff truly friendly. I usually see Dr. Ali simply because I prefer to be seen by a female, she always greets me with a genuine smile and goes that extra mile to provide the care I need. I feel reassured after each visit that my health is totally in good hands. Many thanks to all of you.
