I would just like Doctors to be welcoming, friendly and give reassurance. Whenever we go, we have to come back for antibiotics by which time everyone is on their knees and feeling worse. I don't take my children or self unless I am genuinely worried, but I often am made to feel like a time waster. This is because the doctor doesn't say much to you when you are there. Bedside manner wouldn't go astray here. I came yesterday and know full well that I will have to go elsewhere to find treatment for my condition. I said I was in pain but was sent away with nothing. Whether that is pharmacy or if it worsens, back to A&E. The GP doctors do not help me.
