I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT AT THIS PRACTICE 50 YEARS NEXT YEAR. IT IS OUTSTANDING FROM RECEPTIONISTS TO OUTSTANDING DOCTORS. DOCTOR PHILLIP TAYLOR IS MY REGULAR DOCTOR AND HE IS OUTSTANDING, CARING, PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. DOCTOR HELEN MC CLELLAND AN EXPERT IN DERMATOLOGY. I CAN ONLY COMMENT ON THESE TWO DOCTORS AS THEY ARE WHO I REGULARLY VISIT. THEY ARE BOTH OUTSTANDING. NEGATIVE COMMENTS ABOUT THIS SURGERY NEED TO BE OVERLOOKED AS I HAVE HAD 50 YEARS OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND DUE TO THE NHS BEING EXHAUSTED ITS EXTREMELY UNFAIR TO LEAVE SUCH NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT SUCH AN OUTSTANDING PRACTICE.

The last few times I've needed help or advice I've had to resort ringing 111 as the staff refuse to help. Like many others I'm looking to change. Gone so far downhill since Ian and Sandra left.

Ive been at this surg more then 30 years and i didnt have any problems until sandra and ian retired. Now the practice is just run by numbers and its a mess its all about money andnot health.. I am considering leaving and going to another gp as last few years here have been nothing but a nightmare

The practice is calm. The searing area ample. The reception staff approachable and friendly. I did not see a nurse - so the element requested is not a correct assessment - but IWGC does not have a N/A option.
