Despite other reviews, receptionists are lovely and doctors here are amazing. The appointment system however is ridiculous, don’t know if it has too many patients but never ever get through to make an appointment, and on the rare occasion you do get through to the line there are no appointments left. Having recently had a child this has become 100x more frustrating as my newborn can never get an appointment.

I agree with previous comment receptionist think its up to them to decide who does or doesnt get appointment. I was even told by one how much and how often I should be taking my medicine, even though it was different from what Doc advised will be changing surgery asap

Receptionists think they have just as much right to deal out medical info as doctors. Consider themselves key masters, only letting "friends" and "regulars" through the doors. A barbaric institution where it's who you know what gets you treated at this practice.
