As the practice has grown and now been swallowed up by Haxby group the service provided is so bad. The receptionists are mainly rude and unhelpful, it is impossible to get appointments with a Dr of your choice and I for one do not like having to explain myself to a different one every time as they do not have the time to read through notes. If a GP asks you to come back in a month and you are trying 2 and 3 times a week to make the appointment you would think you would get somewhere but as the receptionist thinks everything can be dealt with by a phone call all is well.... I don’t think so!!!!
