As always when seeing my regular GP, Dr Robert Ward, I came away highly satisfied that I had been considered with the highest professional standards. I felt that I had been listened to with patience and courtesy. All my questions were not only answered but also fully explained, (in layman's terms when necessary). His advice was very helpful, and together we decided on the course to take in the immediate future. I consider myself fortunate to have such an experienced and personable doctor with whom I can discuss any aspect of my wellbeing.
Overall, the surgery is one I would be happy to recommend. The only aspect I find that lets the surgery down is the inability to obtain a non-emergency appointment fairly quickly.
