It would be good if the trike delivery had been quicker (I had to chase many times) smoother and more organised. I didnt rate RMS.

The Badger Farm reception team are so rude and unhelpful. "The Computer Says No" is the daily mantra from this non-medical receptionist. JUST AWFUL.
Suggested improvements
This member of staff needs to be replaced. She is not helpful to patients and, to be honest, puts patient health care at risk.
