My main criticism or only one is that at main reception, if the receptionist is on the phone, it is then tricky as the queue gets longer and can actually be stressful. Maybe one receptionist to answer calls and another one to deal with peoples queries?

I find after 30 yrs plus of being involved with surgery through work and as a patient, that reception less polite and helpful. Also when talking to then its off putting not to be looked in the eye. This is very rude!

Excellent care. Always get an appointment with my own GP within 3-4 days at most. Usually punctual, efficient, friendly, inspiring confidence. No complaints - long may it keep on. Improvements; larger one stop health centre with more on-site facilities (X-ray)?!
