First impressions of the surgery were very good. Most of the reception staff were friendly and the nurses were lovely. I have a chronic medical condition requiring long term care. I was diagnosed and treated for this condition prior to moving to Framlingham. I didn't find the practice sympathetic or helpful towards my illness at all. I organised an appointment with a doctor to discuss my condition and ongoing care but this didn't help at all. In the end I had to move to another surgery.
