I have been a patient at this surgery from birth until age 37 and I am gutted to be leaving this surgery. I am leaving this medical centre due to moving out of their boundary. I have always found them to be professional, supportive, friendly and efficient. Appointments and advice over the phone are always easy to obtain. The thought of moving to another practice is daunting and I can only hope my next practice is as good as this one. I cannot thank the doctors and nurses (past and present) and Bendle enough for the care and support they have provided me with over the years.

The online prescription system does not allow early repeat requests to take account of peoples circumstances i.e: holidays. In addition the system does not inform you when a doctors consultation is required before prescriptions can be reissued. This can lead to expensive and unnecessary prescription charges for a short term supply(i.e. week/month) and requires working people to take time off work for urgent appointments before medication runs out rather than planned appointments around working patterns.
