The surgery is a welcoming and efficient place where patients are given time and space to explain their concerns and are listened to. They run an efficient training practice and seem to give their trainees all the support they need. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice if you are eligible to register there.

The opening hours of the pharmacy could usefully be extended or the hours made more visible.

Reception staff are rude and inconsiderate. Pharmacy staff are grossly incompetent. Too many times I have been there and seen the wrong pills being given out. Unhelpful and ignorant. Terrible place.

Replace all the staff and try again.
