- Made to feel very relaxed.
- Kept informed about what was going on.
- It's easy to get an appointment but the wait can be up to 3 weeks.

Thank you for your feedback. The Practice offers a number of appointment options: emergency 'on the day' for urgent medical problems, routine bookable appointments which can be booked up to 6 weeks in advance, telephone consultations and out of hours appointments through the HUB at different locations locally in the evenings and at weekends. Please ask our receptionists for more information.
