Friendliness; efficiency; promptness (minor surgery); cleanliness. Improvement needed in: Accessing appts, by phone as one cannot get through and most annoyingly, having patiently queued for 10 mins one is then cut off! And has to start all over again. Otherwise we have nothing but praise for this practice and the treatment received, keep up the good work but, please do try to remedy the above.

Getting an appointment here is a disgrace. Only take appointments at 8.30 am but the line is always engaged. Today I made 11 attempts and final gave up and tried again and got through at 11am to be told "we only make appointments in the morning and will have to try again tomorrow" 6 phone calls later i gave up trying to speak to the practice manager and left work early to get here for 4.30, now I'm waiting to be fitted in, just hope its before 6pm when they close! This is not an isolated case, my wife and I have the same thing every time. I don't expect same day appointment, but why can't they book me in within a 3 day time slot. I'm not an AE patient but do have massive high hypertension and a 4 day headache and palpitations, at 52 yrs old it's worrying me!

Thank you for your feedback and I apologise for any distress this has caused you. The Practice offers a number of appointment options: emergency 'on the day' appointments for urgent cases and this is accessible when the phone lines open at 8:30am, routine appointments which can be booked up to 6 weeks ahead, telephone consultations and 'out of hours' appointments through the HUB locally at different locations, you can also book in to see the nurse to have your blood pressure checked and we can usually do this on the day too if you feel this is urgent. The Practice takes all feedback seriously and if you would like to discuss this matter further please contact the Practice Manager.

Dr Jha called me as a response to my request. She was so helpful and because of her I got the care I needed. The receptionists here are amazing and always so willing to help.
