I've been a patient at this surgery for almost 8 years and have always found it easy to get an appointment. The doctors that I have seen have always treated me well and referred me for tests when necessary. My only complaint is about some of the customers and their inability to control their children. The last time I visited there were two adults with their children/grandchildren. While the adults were playing on their phones, the children were fighting, swearing and trying to get in consulting rooms. I do feel their behaviour should have been addressed by the receptionists or practice manager as it wasn't very nice.
