The booking in screen to mark you have arrived for your appointment is a great idea as it frees the receptionists to answer the phones and deal with any patient that as come in to book appointments or answer queries. There is only one doctor I will see at the surgery and she is called Doctor Bejma and she is brilliant and understands me so well and when she is due to leave I will be sad to see her go. Shes well liked by everyone I know and we would like it known that we would like her to be kept on permantly and full time If that is acceptable by the other doctors. Shes of great benefit and a great addition to the practice. Dr Bejma as always treated me with respect and always discusses my medication and what they do. Dr Bejma doesn't treat like a number but as a human being and is never abrupt and as a great bedside manner which I find some of the other doctors are lacking Two criticisms I have got is that the chairs are uncomfortable to sit on and it would be better if the chairs were replaced with cushioned ones. Also one of the practice nurses called Julie can be quite abrupt sometimes and I don't feel at ease with her and feel she cant be bothered to talk to me.
