The first time we ever felt like patients and not just another number was when we registered with Fortrose, the care and respect from all members of staff is amazing. They truly care about their patients and that is not something you get in other surgeries.

My husband was seen as an emergency temporary patient at very short notice today.
The receptionist and the lovely Dr we saw gave us exceptional care and I'm sorry we can't recall her name.

I have only been to Dr Iain Forth and another GP who has since left. I find their care and attention excellent. Quicker appointment times than what im used to ( come from a much bigger town in central belt). Attentive care and phone calls if and when required about my health from G.P.

Rude receptionists, impossible to get an appointment sooner than 5 days. Businesses can easily be heard as the reception is in the waiting room.
