This surgery has gone downhill slowly every year you cannot get appointments unless you can wait approximately 3 weeks on average then it is very rare to see the doctor you want . Dr Kittel only does 2 days a week as outpatients at hospitals and is on medical committee most of the recepionists are very rude and unhelpful we have been with this surgery for about 30 yrs and watched it decline continuously.
