Christine on reception is an absolute gem! One of elderly patient got angry about the online system changes and she handed it superbly. The online system has been very disruptive and have been without anti-depressants for a week now! Christine was excellent. There was a queue at reception she was on her own well done Christine.

- Could not get a blood test am appt in five days time as my doctor requested. - Could not get an appt after 4 pm with my Dr in 2 wks time, as requested by my doctor - how can you improve that?

I often see Dr. C. Higgins who is very caring and thoughtful. Your nurse-run team is also very efficient and caring. All in all the surgery is a good one and gives excellent service.
