Came for a blood test and saw a lady in room D She was most curt and abrupt to the point of being rude Her bedside manner was non existent...she needs to work on this although I have no complaint on her clinical skill of taking blood Have always found other staff helpful and caring and practice run well in my other visits to the practice

It took 6 weeks to get an appointment at the COPD clinic! It was only to check part of the regular check -up which could not be done in December because then on antibiotics/steroids - and did not need the full appt. time but system did not allow a short appt to be fitted in.

The consultation was excellent, just had to wait 50 minutes for the appointment. Dr did apologise but a 50 minute delay at 9:10 in the morning seems excessive.
