Despite overcrowded practice and overworked practitioners the surgery runs to the best they can

I cannot think of anything except if the practice could be extended into the adjoining space.

Apart from medication Dr Kasangra gives me it is hi communication skills that I find very endearing and useful. I feel I can express myself in a very relaxed manner and he has time to listen and give appropriate and easy to understand advice. Top Doctor!
