No thought for patients, they make mistakes and don't try to rectify by helping the patient. The practice staff made an error and it was myself the patient who was refused care by a Dr and told to return the next day even though I was supposed to be having an urgent appointment
I am appalled by the practice it takes weeks to get an appointment and more often than not its a nurse practitioner not a Dr you get to see. The reception staff are often rude and abrupt.
The only staff I can truly praise are the nurses, they are lovely always pleasant. They get through their appointments promptly.
