Absolutely disgusting and rude reception staff, can never get through on the phone so I went to the surgery stood at the door and rang them, answer phone saying staff are busy and I am first in the queue, walked into the surgery whilst still on the phone reception staff all sat in the back having a good old natter while I am still on the phone in a queue!!! All I wanted was my repeat prescription which I had orderd by phone 4 days earlier the receptionist gave this to me with 2 medications missing when I asked about this she apologised and said they had been missed!!! absolutely useless and rude!!!

Never had a bad experience with the doctors. Always had great care and service from them. The practice is completely let down by the supercilious manner of some of the reception staff. Also, the opening hours when you type field road surgery into Google do not match those on the website. Great doctors if you can tolerate the receptionists.

have Used this surgery more over the last few months seen doctors I have never seen before yet cannot fault them at all , completely satisfied with the treatment I have received with both the g p and the nursing staff . Difficult to get through on phone for a same day appt I go to the surgery personally at 8 a m not ideal for everyone I know but got an appt every time .
