Very unhelpful and unprofessional staff. Difficult to get anyone on the phone or an appointment and when you do, it's not booked on the system even though you have an appointment card to confirm this. I have never seen such a disorganised staff. Also, don't bother to take time off work to get to your appointment on time, you would have to wait if you're lucky for 30mins. Would not recommend this practice to anyone.
