I have been a patient at this surgery for a long time the staff are excellent and nothing is to much trouble and if it wasn't for the care I was given I probably wouldn't be here giving this review ! Excellent GP,s who are very caring and passionate in what they do !

We have been with the surgery for many years and have found the it excellent for the standard of care and consideration. The receptionists try very hard to help patients, no matter how difficult the situation, the nursing staff and follow up system couldn't be bettered in private practice and the GP (particularly Dr. Bolidai, we haven't met the new recruit yet) is a brilliant GP, he really cares for the patients, does his best to give the patient confidence, explain and demystify medication and conditions and is a GP of the old, caring and involved school. I did recommend my son, daughter in law and step daughter joined the practice and they too feel the care is of a very high standard.

I was treated courteously by the receptionist. My GP was relaxed and respectful during the appointment. He showed me information relevant to the choice I needed to make on the computer so that I could easily make a decision. He explained my need for follow up so the questions I had didn't need to be asked. He checked out whether I had any more questions before I left. I was pleased to have sorted out the small problem I had in quite a short time. I should add that I received courteous attention at the practise pharmacy and went away with the necessary medication. Thank you to all involved.

The service that you receive from Reception, Pharmacy, Nurse and the Doctor(s) is second to none. You are treated with courtesy and respect - not an inconvenience. If you have an emergency they even fit you in where they are able to. I wouldn't consider going to any other practice.
