Just had to deal with another surgery for a relative - nightmare! Wanted to send my appreciation to Fernville who are the exact opposite to them. Well done to the whole team at Fernville, always friendly and helpful. Pleasant waiting area and really efficient systems. Getting an appointment is easy - their online triage form gets a response within an hour. Never had a problem getting to see a doctor face to face if needed - always been able to see someone the same day if urgent and within the next few days if not. They are open on Saturdays - great for fitting appointments around work/school. Appointments seem to run on time so no waiting around. Doesn’t seem to matter which doctor/nurse you see - they are all great. I am so thankful I don’t have to deal with the other place or I would have high blood pressure!
