Sharron on reception is as unhelpful as they come, which says a lot when talking about the nhs. One doctor will help and another will condescend, on the same problem. It's a joke how bad the NHS is in general, Hemel gp emphasizes this.

I have only given 3 stars for the ease of getting an appointment due to the length of time it can take to get through on the phones. Also it gets very frustrating whilst waiting for an answer to be given messages that aren't appropriate, such as, after pressing the appropriate number to speak to someone regarding a referral I got constant reminders that I may get seen quicker if i booked my appointment with the nurse practioner!! Other than that it is a fantastic, friendly surgery and I would definitely recommend it.
