The only improvement I would suggest is to make it easier to get an appointment with one's own Doctor at short notice ie in next two or three days.

Sometimes there is difficulty getting an appointment,more due to phone lines being busy, or Doctors booked for several days ahead.

I have been loosing confidence in this surgery for a while, but this morning was the final straw when the doctor actually GOOGLED my blood test results because she couldn't remember what the 'normal' levels were. I know they can't be expected to have every fact and figure off the top of their head, but surely they should use a more reliable source than google?! She then diagnosed me with a serious liver condition which it turns out I do not have. I am 36 weeks pregnant and found this incredibly distressing. I am now in the process of finding another surgery as this was one mistake too many.
