If your appt was urgent this isn’t too bad but if it is a general appt needed I waited over 5 weeks for my appt. This isn’t only Fern House surgery tho it’s nationwide. Generally I have always found Fern House to be as accommodating as the service allows them to be

More appointment availability needed and if your 10 min slot isn’t used up during ur appt time you should be able to mention more than one ailment if needed

In August 2023 when I made a very hard call to Fernhouse regarding my mental state, the receptionist that answered the phone that day was amazing. She was sympathetic, while reassuring that a doctor would call me back asap, which they did. Every time I've called or visited the surgery I've been welcomed with a warm atmosphere and respect for my condition. Thank you, all!

The surgery is always clean and spacious The receptionists are always polite and book appointments when possible. The nurses are really great too! Overall I'm happy to be a patient at the practice
